1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier, or order volume. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
2. Shipping Times
Because KINGS uses dropshipping suppliers, shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location, product type, and supplier. Occasionally, KINGS may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website.
4. Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking numbers. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once available. In some cases, tracking may take several days to update.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KINGS is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to different supplier locations. This is normal for dropshipping orders and does not incur additional shipping charges unless stated at checkout.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. KINGS is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
KINGS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or global events. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the supplier or carrier to assist you.
9. Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be modified.
